Swix HVC Warm
Description
Swix's new super liquid has proven itself on the racing scene with top results in World Cup, and have got positive feedback from both biathlon, cross country and alpine skiing.
Developed for wet and warm conditions, the HVC Warm should be used from -2°C to +10°C. On the warm side it performs great in all humidity’s but on the cold side it works best in high humidity above 70% and in new and old, transformed snow.
This product is used as the final layer when waxing for top-level competitions. For best performance Swix recommends applying HVC Warm as the final layer on top of Cera F powder. Brush away the powder as normal before applying and distributing HVC Warm on the base with the felt applicator on the bottle. The fluid will dry quickly. When the base has dried, there is no need for further polishing or brushing. In fact, brushing and other finishing can influence the result negatively.
According to Swix, one bottle of HVC Warm is enough for 10 to 15 pairs of cross-country skis, or approx. 6 pairs of alpine skis.
