Necky has been producing exceptional kayaks for almost 40 years. Necky kayaks designs have always been extremely functional and well suited for West Coast Touring. They pioneered rotomolding technology for manufacturing plastic kayaks. Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak Centre has used Necky Kayaks in our rental fleet for many years and have always been happy with how their kayaks withstood the rigors of rental lift. Necky's Looksha IV is one of my favourite kayaks. Originally founded in BC by Mike Neckar, the company is now owned by Johnson Outdoors and their production is based in Ferndale, Washington.
