The newest boot from Salomon offers SNS and NNN binding options

The S-Lab has always been the mark of the best for Salomon, and this year’s offering is no different. In fact, scratch that. It is different because the S-Lab Skate Pro is now available in either the Pilot system OR the Prolink, which gives you many great options for bindings and skis.

The Prolink is Salomon’s version of the NNN binding system, so the boots with Prolink soles are compatible with any NNN bindings.

The S-Lab Skate Pro is, without question, a fantastic boot. It is a high performance race skate boot which has proven itself in World Cup races, with a carbon frame, a ratchet buckle over the instep and dissociated lacing for precise fit and excellent transmission.

The carbon skating plate is an extra light, dynamic, carbon plate which stores energy when flexing & returns it at the end of the kick to give you more power. It also provides unequaled torsional strength for complete transmission to the ski.

One thing we really like about the S-Lab Skate Pro is the adjustable heel strap, which adjusts around the back of the heel for precise heel hold, comfort and performance.

Lastly, the laces have a cover with diagonal zip, which offers Salomon’s specific user-friendly protection against snow & water.
