In the Carbon Skate S-Lab Ski, Salomon have made a new, radical shift in the way Nordic skis are constructed, which opens a new era of World Cup performance.

These skis are optimised for performance in blue to yellow conditions, or hard track to all-round conditions.

To get to the technical details, the skis have a G5 Zeolit Universal base, which is a worldcup performance base with maximum universal performance. It has a + Zeolit additive for better wax absorption and retention. For those of you who know what this means, the molecular weight 9 Mio, and graphite rate 10%. For those of you who REALLY understand this stuff: it has a Thin Ply specific 45° weaving which improved the torsion to flex ratio by 20%, creating more stability and effortless glide.
