This is a great pair of neoprene gloves from NRS with grippy palms for maximum control. Use when paddling to reduce blisters and keep your hands warm.

The 0.5mm neoprene gloves are thin enough that they enable you to have great feel for your paddle while having that additional layer to keep your hands warm in chilly conditions. They also help to protect your hands from wind while paddling.

Just like a wetsuit, neoprene gloves work great when they are wet by insulating the water that gets trapped between, so if you are getting wet while paddling, either due to rolling, a more aggressive paddle stroke or racing etc then the gloves will still be keeping your hands warm even when wet.
