Tempest dry pants from Kokatat - great for lots of scenarios…
These dry pants will keep you warm from your bottom down! They have inbuilt socks so you don’t have to worry about gaskets around your ankles or getting cold feet etc. If you want to keep your legs dry but don’t want a full dry suit, these pants are an awesome option that are useful in a whole lot of situations:
- Launching kayak on a rocky shore, need to get into deeper water
- Fishing in deeper water
- Around the campsite if its raining/wet surfaces you’re sitting on
- Landing on rocky shore where need to come in from deeper water
- If you want to be more comfortable than wearing a full dry suit - instead want to wear loose jacket/semi-dry top
- Winter paddling in a surfski where probably not going to get immersed but need splash protection
- If you want to wear gum boots with a dry sock inside
