Booties for Kayaking - great on rough surfaces.
These guys from Aqualung are some hardy booties. They have a heavy duty but flexible vulcanized rubber outsole which would be great on rocky surfaces, particularly where you are faced with barnacles or shells.
They have an anatomically correct ERGO™ shaped footbed and outsole, asymmetric toe, instep, and heel cap for added protection & durability. The hook & loop zipper lock keeps zipper in place and the standard neoprene upper comes with exterior thickness markings.
The four seam (2 front, 2 heel) pattern comes with a non-corrosive YKK #10 heavy-duty zipper which looks pretty bomber. All in all, great booties for most purposes but particularly if you are walking on a rocky shore.
