Short Course: : About 6 km: Same start to Raccoon, but back to Lone Rock and return to Deep Cove.
Long Course: About 10 km, Deep Cove to Lone Rock Pt, to Raccoon, to Twin Island, back to Raccon, Around Jug I and return to Deep Cove
This was a longer than usual course in preparation for Round Bowen Race on June 6. It was a good race with many people putting in some great times. Many people were tired having already logged many kilometres.
Round Bowen Race will be a great event and the weather is looking good. This year you can do it a relay race if you are not ready for the full 32 km.
Maui Jim Hot Spot Winner was Jodi Boates in Women's Single Surf Ski. She pick up a $200 pair of Maui Jim shades. Fully Polarized they are great glasses.
